How to Earn Credits

Credits are earned by being All In! That includes:

  • Company milestones & anniversaries
  • Recognition programs (safety, teamwork, special awards)
  • Participation in company events
  • Spot awards or special initiatives

Your earned credits will appear in your account automatically.

Redeeming Credits
  • Browse the store and add your favorites to your cart!
  • Employees with earned credits will see them automatically applied at checkout.
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Credit Expiration

Credits don't expire, they roll over!

Shipping & Delivery
  • Orders are fulfilled by our Straticon team.
  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days.
  • Tracking info will be emailed once your order ships.
  • Need special delivery or have delays? Contact Support.
Returns & Exchanges
  • Items must be in new condition with tags attached.
  • Submit a Return/Exchange Request through the store.
  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.
  • Credits used on returned items will be refunded to your account.
Combining Credits & Offers

Credits cannot be combined with other discounts unless specifically noted.

Out of Stock Items

Out-of-stock items are labeled in the store. Join the Waitlist to be notified when the item is back.

Taxes & Fees
  • Shipping is typically covered for employees.
  • Taxes may apply depending on company policy. Contact Support if unsure.
