Welcome! Here you’ll find everything you need to know about earning credits, shopping, and getting your Straticon gear. Click a question to expand and see the answer!
Credits are earned by being All In! That includes:
- Company milestones & anniversaries
- Recognition programs (safety, teamwork, special awards)
- Participation in company events
- Spot awards or special initiatives
Your earned credits will appear in your account automatically.
- Browse the store and add your favorites to your cart!
- Employees with earned credits will see them automatically applied at checkout.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Credits don't expire, they roll over!
- Orders are fulfilled by our Straticon team.
- Standard shipping: 3–5 business days.
- Tracking info will be emailed once your order ships.
- Need special delivery or have delays? Contact Support.
- Items must be in new condition with tags attached.
- Submit a Return/Exchange Request through the store.
- Exchanges are subject to item availability.
- Credits used on returned items will be refunded to your account.
Credits cannot be combined with other discounts unless specifically noted.
Out-of-stock items are labeled in the store. Join the Waitlist to be notified when the item is back.
- Shipping is typically covered for employees.
- Taxes may apply depending on company policy. Contact Support if unsure.
